1 Introduction and Acceptance

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at zxwin: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposited funds will only be accepted via valid payment methods.
• The source of deposited funds must be lawful.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Funds will be added to your account once the deposit amount has been correctly confirmed.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawal requests are processed after verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• zxwin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.

3.3 Currency

All financial transactions on zxwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you will need to place a total of ৳30,000 (2,000 × 15) in bets before making a withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at zxwin's discretion.
• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which must be read before accepting the offer.
• zxwin reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been met.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, per household or per IP address.

4.3 VIP Program

The zxwin VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — receive up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver — receive up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold — receive up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Tier advancement depends on your activity on the platform and your betting history. zxwin evaluates your progress and changes your tier automatically.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the zxwin platform are considered final. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Placing a bet while knowing that the outcome of an event has already been determined is fraudulent and prohibited.
• Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed.
• zxwin reserves the right to settle bets at corrected odds if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

5.2 Fair Play

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Any attempt to fix matches or influence the outcome of events.

6 Account Closure and Suspension

zxwin may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

Upon account closure, if no policy violations have occurred, your balance will be returned. You may also request to close your own account at any time.
